Service Description
Unleash your inner beast from anywhere with No Excuses Virtual Bootcamp. This progressive strength and conditioning class will help you build muscle, burn fat, and increase endurance. WORKOUTS: This virtual class will meet Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 7AM EST beginning Monday, February 6th, 2023. EQUIPMENT NEEDED: - Minimum: 1 pair of heavy dumbbells & 1 pair of light dumbbells - Ideal: 1 pair of adjustable dumbbells (I recommend Powerblocks, as they are easy to change weights and expandable up to 90lbs/dumbbell, giving you plenty of room to progress.) Monthly subscribers also get: - COMMUNITY: Full access to the No Excuses Training App where you'll have group support from the No Excuses Community. - ACCOUNTABILITY: A team environment keeps people accountable and tends to bring out the best in a person. That's what you'll have here. - WORKOUTS: Can't make it to a class once in a while? Not to worry, the workouts will be posted in the Group until the following week if you need to make up a workout.
